When LOGO First Met Python

Paying tribute to Seymour Papert we started our first lesson in Python with turtle activities. Some students were familiar with LOGO MicroWorlds Pro, some others with SCRATCH and all of them with robot activities during the European Code Week .

Following this approach GreekCodersK12 passed from Logo to Python and they welcomed Python’s editor, IDLE and library turtle.  They wrote programs using geometry. They easily overcame errors and interpreter’s behaviour.
